Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS panel ADB2USC
  'Specify Utility Options' issues an error message 'Invalid
  specification' for the FULL field when it contains either Y or
  N when the CHANGELIMIT field contains YES.
  

Local fix

• Blank out the value of the FULL field to continue.

  During the verification of the FULL and CHANGELIMIT
  fields, DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS issues a
  message that does not adequately explain why it
  is invalid.
  

Problem conclusion

• Panel ADB2USC is modified to check for mutually exclusive
  values related to the FULL and CHANGELIMIT fields.
  
  When a value of FULL=Y is specified and CHANGELIMIT or its
  subfields, are not blank, a message is issued:
  
    ADB343A FULL=Y and CHANGELIMIT are mutually exclusive
    options.
  
  and the user must resolve manually by blanking out one of
  the fields.
  
  When FULL=N is specified, CHANGELIMIT or its subfields
  are accepted.
  
  In addition, CHANGELIMIT=ANY is mutually exclusive with the
  pct-value1 and pct-value2 fields.
