PM06871: INCORRECT RECOVERY JCL BUILT WHEN REORG IS PERFORMED AFTER A SYSTEM LEVEL BACKUP

Error description

• When an index is defined COPY YES, and its associated tablespace
  is reorganized after a system level backup, the ISPF portion of
  RE generates incorrect JCL when the TS is recovered to a point
  in time after the reorg. cover the index from the SLB when it
  should be rebuilt.
