  An ABEND04E RC00E30086 in DSNTDMI could occur when executing
  -DISPLAY DATABASE commands with the USE keyword and XML
  partitioned spaces due to an improperly declared internal
  variable and lack of support for a partitioned space status
  summary line.
  

Problem conclusion

• The -DISPLAY DB USE command code was changed to correct an
  improperly declared internal variable for partitioned spaces
  and to add support for a partitioned space status summary line.
  This will result in an added status summary line for all
  partitioned spaces when the USE, LOCKS or CLAIMERS keywords are
  specified.
