Error description

The WebSphere Plug-in does not accept an SSL handshake with the
WebSphere Application server.   If the Application server is set
to handle TLS only,  a GSKit 420 error message occurs and the
handshake fails.

The plugin component did not notify the SSL layer to use TLS
if partner is capable of using TLS.

Problem conclusion

Code was modified to enable use of TLS 1.0 when using SSL
encryption.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.31 and 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
