• In DB2 Administration Tool, when altering a tablespace (RDEF)
  and Generate Templates = Y, LOAD Utility does not use
  defined templates ERRDDN, MAPDDN, WORKDDN1 and WORKDDN2
  .

  *                 and define templates for the LOAD Utility.   *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When redefining a tablespace            *
  *                      (RDEF) and using Generate               *
  *                      Templates = Y, the LOAD Utility         *
  *                      does not use defined templates          *
  *                      ERRDDN, MAPDDN,                         *
  *                      WORKDDN1 and WORKDDN2.                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *

  The LOAD Utility templates ERRDDN, MAPDDN,
  WORKDDN1, WORKDDN2 are not being used.
  

Problem conclusion

• Skeletons ADB25TL1 and ADB21SAL have been
  modified to fix this problem. User defined templates
  can be used with either WSL or batch processing.
  Also, if the processed objects include a clone table
  then clone templates will be used for the clone table
  during load processing.
