Error description
In WebSphere Portal 6.1.0.3, it is only possible to navigate to a page via friendly URLs when the user has VIEW permission on all pages of the path. In previous releases, however, the implicit TRAVERSAL permission was sufficient (both for friendly URLs and normal portal navigation). This APAR restores the original design and functionality.
