Error description

• ABEND0C4-11 KO2AINIB+229E (at PK89128 level) on a D50A3000C389
  (CLC) instruction with R3 plus its offset pointing beyond valid
  a valid 4k page.  In this case R3 contained 00AC8FF6, at the end
  of a storage page.  The following page was in a different
  subpool and marked invalid.  Depending on what follows the page
  pointed to by R3, ABEND0C4-4 can also occur.

Local fix

• Change rhilev.RKD2PAR(OMPECCPC) to eliminate the PARM string.
  TRACE=NO and SLX=REUSE are the defaults, and STIMER will be set
  to 11 seconds instead of 30.  STIMER is the data collection
  time-out value, it's the maximum amount of time the agend will
  wait for data from the D2 STC.  Since the internal PE Server
  time-out value is 10 seconds, an STIMER value of 11 seconds
  is fine.
  
  Please comment out the existing line in OMPECCPC, so the new
  contents would be:
