PM05768: ISPF ONLINE MONITOR DOESN'T SHOW PROGRAM NAME AND SQL ON THREAD DETAIL PANEL DGOMTPSM

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The ISPF Online Monitor does not show the program name and the
  SQL statement in field "SQL Statement and Program" on the
  "Thread Detail" panel DGOMTPSM. Only N/P is displayed.
  This occurs under the following conditions:
  - The ISPF Online Monitor is running as Client of the PEServer
  - DB2 security is controlled by RACF and not by GRANTs
  - The RACF option "LIST OF GROUPS" is activated
  - The primary authid (TSO userid) has no MONITOR2 authority
  - Only a secondary authid has MONITOR2 authority
