Error description

• The WSRP consumer resource proxy component in Portal may fail
  if
  a resource URL contains a blank character in the path like e.g.
  "/my%20images/test.jpg".
  The resource proxy then fails when trying to load the resource,
  because the URL string is processed incorrectly.
  If for example an image resource should be served, the image
  cannot
  be displayed in the browser due to the incorrect URL processing.

Problem summary

• The WSRP consumer resource proxy component in Portal may fail if
  a resource URL contains a blank character in the path, for
  example "/my%20images/test.jpg".
  The resource proxy then fails when trying to load the
  resource, because the URL string is processed incorrectly.
  

Problem conclusion

• The WSRP consumer and WSRP resource proxy are changed to
  correctly encode and decode blanks in resource URLS.
