PM05496: GEN'ED TRIGGER SQLCODEN104 DUE TO EXTRA SPACES BETWEEN THE CONCATENATION CHARACTER AND A QUOTED SEMICOLON

APAR status

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' GEN command built invalid
  DDL for a TRIGGER which contained:
  'ADDED' ||';'|| '' ||';'|| 'TEST11', without spaces between the
  concatenation character and the quoted semicolon.
  
  The created DDL contained spaces between the concatenation
  concatenation character and the quoted semicolon which results
  in a SQLCODE -104 when executed.
  

Local fix

• Edit the DDL to remove the spaces.
