APAR status

  • Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

  • The ECP lifecycle supports submitted2on_hold transitions.
During the submitted state, the caused_during attribute is not
mandatory. During the on_hold state, the caused_during attribute
    is mandatory.

So that means the field has to be populated during the
transition, or the field should not be mandatory in on_hold
    state at all.
