• Closed as program error.

Error description

• V7.1.1 record import strips out Carriage Returns from for
  Multiline
  Fields.  The SR5 version of the Import tool did not strip out
  Carriage
  Returns.  Some of the customers hooks require the carriage
  returns to be there
  because they split on the Carriage Return Line feeds for
  building lists
  for other fields.
