PM05053: Role-mapping problem for migrated Lotus Quickr places

Error description

• Lotus Quickr access control is lost during migration -
  caused by DomainRoles not being correctly restored.
  
  There is a problem with the access control role setup on
  Quickr places after a migration.
  Community and domain role setup appears to be correctly
  restored if reviewed with the role management portlet, but
  users are not granted the appropriate permissions on place
  pages and cannot work with the Quickr place.
  
  The APAR fixes the restore component so that domain roles
  are now correctly recreated during the migration, granting
  users the correct access rights on the place.
