PM04666: DM CRASHES WHEN METADATA COLLECTION OBJECT IS NOT MAPPED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The customer was unable to rename or delete some objects and
  when they tried to expand the metadata tree in DM the
  application crashed without error.
  A catalog backup could not be restored in 8.4 but could be
  restored in 8.3. Once the object was mapped correctly in 8.3 and
  backed up - the new backup could be restored in 8.4 and the
  problems were gone
