• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If running on a uni-processor, or loaded system, module CEXAPMT1
  may appear to be in a loop waiting for OMEGAMON to capture the
  event buffer. Other symptoms can include poor performance and
  slow status updates for the OMEGAMON client.

• Changed module CEXAPMT1 to use a more uni-processor friendly
  technique for serialization of the monitor buffer
