PM04470: ETO SUPPORT IS NOT PROPERLY REFRESHING IMS EXIT DFSNDMX0

Error description

• This APAR will address the following problems:
  -  ETO Support is not properly refreshing IMS exit DFSNDMX0.
  -  IZTRAN option 0 then 4/5 not properly displaying last entry
     when an abend code/type is present.
  -  IZTRAN option 0 then 5 not properly scrolling backwards.
     and add the following new function:
  -  Added the ability for ETO Support to determine how
     messages are handled when an ABEND occurs prior to
     a GU to the IOPCB.
  -  Added an option to bypass AUTO-LOGON when messages
     are inserted to Printer LTERMs.
  -  Added a performance enhancement for signon when
     SUFFIXED userids are used for the LTERM NAMING option.

  1. ETO Support is not properly refreshing IMS exit DFSNDMX0.
  2. IZTRAN option 0 then 4/5 not properly displaying last entry
     when an abend code/type is present.
  3. IZTRAN option 0 then 5 not properly scrolling backwards.
  

Problem conclusion

• ETO Support has been changed to correct the scrolling problems,
  and errors in the reload function for user exit DFSDNXM0.
  
  New functions were added to improve performance when using
  suffixed userids for SPQB's along with adding an option to
  bypass AUTO-LOGON for printer LTERMs.
