• DB2 Change Accum MINILOG_SHARELEVEL REFERENCE,
  MINILOG_SHARELEVEL CHANGE keywords are not being generated when
  a job profile is build using a utility profile with 'ML
  sharelevel' set to a "R" or "C".
  
  NO_MINILOG_CHECKPOINTS keyword is not being generated when a job
  profile is build using a utility profile with 'Add checkpoint
  records to ML' set to 'N'.
