  FOR SELECT ON OBJECTS WITH SYSIBM.SYSKEYS
  DSNT418I SQLSTATE   = 42501 SQLSTATE RETURN CODE
  This APAR will satisfy requirement MR1215092241 which will
  introduce a new parmlib variable that will allow switching the
  userid used to access the DB2 catalog using dynamic SQL.
  Currently, when parmlib variable SQLACCES is set to YES or to
  MINIMAL, the userid who runs HPU needs to have SELECT authority
  on the DB2 catalog.
