Error description

• 1) ZATVC- shifted header. Starting from label program, header
  shifted by 1 byte.
  2) Select S-APPL TRACE at  ZTDTL panel (TSO thread) ->
  A.B.->ZATVW : The line after TSOUSER    = XXXX   is unnecessary.
