Error description

• When an IMS transaction abends and is re-queued IMS PA reports
  the transaction but retains the original internal queue entry,
  deleting ancillary queue records.  In certain circumstances the
  pointers to the ancillary records may not be deleted from the
  original queue entry.  Subsequent references to these ancillary
  records may yield unpredictable results if they have been
  re-used.  One such result is this ABEND0C4 in IPIIPROC.
