* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: ABENDS0C4 occurred in HPSGTU10 at       *
*                      offset X'54A'.                          *

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

When the IPR Driver is running in REORGINPUT=ULDS, the IPR
Driver calls DFSRRC00 from HPSGTU10, whose addressing mode is
31.
DFSRRC00 may change the addressing mode from 31 to 24. Then the
caller of DFSRRC00 will cause the 0C4 abend when referring the
storage area above 16 megabytes.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • IPR Driver has been modified to switch the addressing mode to 24
before calling DFSRRC00, and switch the addressing mode to 31
after calling DFSRRC00.
