PM03391: EGL0100E when debugging EGL program

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There is EGL0100E error when debugging EGL program. This error h
  appens when calling 'print' statement from exteranl function to
  print a form. If calling 'print' directly or calling it from int
  eranl function, the debug works well.

Local fix

Problem summary

• The print statement would sometimes throw an error when
  being used in a function inside a library.
  

Problem conclusion

• The program initialization code has been fixed to ensure the
  print statement works in libraries.
