Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS UTIL command's OO - Online
  reorg option does not build the IDCAMS DEFINE CLUSTER statements
  for user-managed data sets resulting in the REORG ending RC08
  with the message:
  DSNU296I  ssid nn:nn:nn.nn DSNURFIT - IN REORG WITH
  SHRLEVEL REFERENCE OR CHANGE, DATA SET
  aaaaaaa.DSNDBC.bbbbbbb.ccccccc.J0001.A001 DOES NOT EXIST,

Problem conclusion

• DB2 does not support creation of shadow datasets
  for DSNDB06 objects. Hence, a warning message
  will be issued in such cases to enable the user to
  create the shadow datasets manually before running
  the job.
