  History:
     startpar is used to start runlevel scripts in parallel.
  
  
  To Reproduce:
  
  1)  Install ClearCase
  
  2)  Reboot
  
  3)  Once the system has rebooted, login
  
  4)  ps -ef | grep startpar
  
  ps -ef | grep startpar
  root      3921     1  0 01:43 ?        00:00:00 startpar -f -- c
  learcase
  user     4127  3970  0 01:43 pts/0    00:00:00 grep startpar
  
  
  Workaround:  None

Problem summary

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearCase versions 7.0.0.9, 7.0.1.8,
  and 7.1.1.1
