Error description

• When HPU scan is selected with MAXTASKS 0, FILSZ=E000000000 is
  passed to SORT erroneously and DFSORT issued the ICE118I 0
  message:
  
  ICE118I 0 UNKNOWN FILE SIZE - FILSZ=EN MAY IMPROVE RESOURCE
  USAGE AND PERFORMANCE
  
  The SORT is not complete before the IIUTMRXT time-out and
  CC=A09/CC=722 was returned.
