Error description

• The following error messages are generated when running a
  COMPARE:
  CEE0813S Insufficient storage was available to satisfy a get
           storage (CEECZST) request.
  IRX0251E User abend code 4087, reason code 00000008.
  IRX0255E Abend in host command SELECT or address environment
           routine ISPEXEC.
  
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  IRX0250E System abend code 806, reason code 00000004.
  CEE3250C The system or user abend S806  R=00000004 was issued.
