Error description

• Add an ASUSER parameter to the ADBL and ADB CLISTs to allow user
  to establish a trusted context. The parameter will be passed to
  the DSN command.

  *                 who want to use alter partition instead of   *
  *                 rotate partition when the condition for a    *
  *                 rotate is met.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: With rotate partition, the unloaded     *
  *                      data from the rotating partitions       *
  *                      before the rotate takes place was not   *
  *                      automatically loaded back into the      *
  *                      table. The logical/physical partition   *
  *                      mapping changed.                        *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  Data unloaded from the rotating partitions are not
  automatically loaded back into the table. The logical/physical
  partition mapping changed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Give the user the option to choose whether they want to generate
  a rotate partitions or an alter partition.
