Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS panel ADB21XI1
  "Interpretation of an Object in SYSINDEXES" field "Index subpage
  size(bytes):" does not display the correct value for indices
  defined in releases before DB2 9 NFM.

  As per the DB2 SQL Reference the SYSIBM.SYSINDEXES PGSIZE
  column description say:
  "If the index was created prior to Version 9, the value will be
  4096 for a 4 KB page size."
  whereas the field in the panel will show:
  Index subpage size(bytes): 4096
