Omegamon for z/OS shows MODULE CAPCLEAR (CSECT KO2HPRCB)
CAPCLEAR is almost 100% busy:

+  56 0093DCF0 CAPCLEAR  98.909|===============================
A recursive program check ABEND0C4-4 KO2HSVPB+832 (at PK90507
level) on a D74BF000F000 (XC) instruction with R15 = zeros.
Since there was no check for R15 being nulls and because this
same code would be redriven after the program check, a program
check loop occurs using up CPU.
