Error description
ODBA transactions and Fast Path utility (x'5937) transactions are not being processed correctly in fixed-format reports and extracts. In IMS PA V4.1 they tended to be ignored. Additional issue fixed: ABEND0C4 in IPIGQDMP x'450' during monitor reporting. Monitor out-of-sequence records caused negative elapsed times to be calculated, confusing IMS PA. ABENDS0C4 caused by AMODE error in ESTAE exit while reporting problem. This is a forward fit of V410 APAR PK99192.

Problem conclusion
1. For fixed-format reports: Process ODBA transactions in the same way as DBCTL transactions, that is, set PSB into TRANCODE field so that EXCL processing on TRANCODE works. Exclude Fast Path utility records from consideration. 2. Discard queue entries with negative times, fix AMODE in IPIGQDMP.
