    The current docs have:
    BF_T  Time. Can be used in tags. Format is determined by the Tag
    : Time Format system setting.
    
    It should say something like:
    BF_T  Time. Can be used in tags. Format is determined by the Tag
    : Time Format system setting. The time stamp uses GMT 0, not the
     user's time zone.
