PM01871: /DIS A REG COMMAND OMMITS PROGRAM NAME IN CASE WHERE BMP REGION HAS WAIT-AOI, WAIT-QSN, OR WAIT-CALLOUT STATUS

Error description

• DFSIDP20, /DIS A REG command processor, does not setup
  program name ( field A00PGM ) if BMP has status WAIT-QSN,
  WAIT-AOI, or WAIT-CALLOUT. This information is useful
  in resolving these issues.

  This apar addresses two issues with the /DISPLAY ACTIVE
  command.
  
  - The first issue deals with a MPP which was in the process of
  terminating.  When the /DISPLAY ACTIVE command was issued
  the output did not include the program name and transaction
  name.
  
  - The second issue deals with a BMP which was waiting.  For
  the  WAIT-AOI, WAIT-QSN or WAIT-CALLOUT status the program
  name was not included in the message.

  For an MPP which is in the process of terminating the code
  after label MPPTERM2 will now move into the message output the
  program and transaction name if they exist.
  
  For a BMP which is waiting with the status, WAIT-CALLOUT,
  WAIT-AOI, or WAIT-QSN the code will include the program
  name in the message output.
