• IB(BLD_SECONDARY(secixa,secixb,...)) is specified and more than
  one DB is specified on the ADD() command.

  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *

  If BLD_SECONDARY(selected indexes) is specified, and multiple
  DBs are in one ADD statement, DRF would not be able to figure
  out which index belongs to which DB, and so built the IB control
  card incorrectly which caused IB job failed.
