Error description

• If using DB2 Log Analysis Tool high speed mode on a
  non-data sharing system, detail records may be dropped
  (that were reported in the general report) due to incorrect
  handling of MEMID=0 in a non-datasharing system.
  

Local fix

•  Do not use high speed mode
