• Scheduled Data Movement tasks fails with
  
  DPR-ERR-2082 An error occurred. Please contact your
  administrator. The complete error has been logged by CAF with
  SecureErrorID<date><time>-#n
  
  At the same moment in time, the cogserver.log file contains:-
  
  Current Session capablities do not allow to run specification
  
  No build or jobstream log file is generated for the Data Manager
  tasks which fail.
