Error description

• When Index Builder V3R1 is run as an Aux. Util of DRF, DRF needs
  to enable reports in ITKB.
  
  This APAR also provides the following information:

  Because ITKBLOAD is no longer supported, the following
  references to ITKBLOAD are removed:
  
  P.112:
  a.Remove and ITKBLOAD=, from the following sentence:
  With the exception of ITKBSRVR= and ITKBLOAD=, these options
  are also valid on the IB, IC, and PC keywords of the ADD
  command.
  
  P.114:
  a.Remove ITKBLOAD( dsn) from the command syntax.
  b.In ITKBSRVR description, remove: using the ITKBLOAD
  parameter described below, or provided
  c.Remove ITKBLOAD description in its entirety.
  
  P.298:
  Same as a. b. and c. for P.114

  The DRF Utility Address Space (UAS) for Index Builder does not
  initialize the ITKB client such that Index Builder is enabled to
  store its reports in the repository.
