  Following a successful bulk INSERT, SQLRowCount() incorrectly
  returns -1 for pcrow even though the return code of the API
  call is SQL_SUCCESS.  It should return the number of rows in
  the table that were affected by the bulk INSERT.
  

Problem conclusion

• SQLRowCount() has been updated to return the number of rows
  following an execution of a bulk INSERT.
