Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS results in an ABEND0C4
  in program GOC2CMP at offset X'5020'.
  .
  This APAR will be used to add additional diagnostic information
  to the product.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The DB2 Object Comparison               *
  *                      Tool received an abend0c4               *
  *                      when processing online.                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  The DB2 Object Comparison Tool attempts to load
  DSNHDECP.  The LOAD fails and processing
  continues until the pointer to DSNHDECP is used,
  causing the 0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• The DB2 Object Comparison Tool was changed to
  correct this problem.  An error message is written
  to the REPORT file and processing ends with the
  return code from LOAD.
