PM00237: THEME DOES NOT REFLECT CHANGE TO PREFERREDLANGUAGE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the user preferredLanguage attribute is changed and
  reloaded in PUMA, the language changes are not immediatly
  reflected in a Portal theme. It takes one more request for the
  changes to apply after TAI login.
  

Local fix

• Navigate to another page and the new preferredLanguage setting
  will be applied in the theme.
  

Problem summary

• When the user preferredLanguage attribute is changed and
  reloaded in PUMA, the language changes are not immediately
  reflected in a Portal theme. It takes one more request for the
  changes to apply after TAI login. The <portal:fmt:text/> tag
  does not pick up the new language. This is caused by caching the
  localized context in request scope.
  

Problem conclusion

• Invalidated the cached localized context.
