Error description

• If analyze detects that the only difference between two views is
  the owner, it wants to recreate the view. However, validate
  fails with:
  ADB3000E Error processing View <owner>.<viewname> in CREATE
  statement:
  Object already exists.

  Object Compare generates a CREATE VIEW
  statement without dropping the view first if a
  difference in the view's owner is found.
  

Problem conclusion

• Object Compare is updated to generate the
  ADMIN DROP VIEW or a DROP VIEW statement
  before the CREATE VIEW statement if the view's
  owner has been changed.
  WARNING: existing registered changes will
  still show the reported symptom.
