  '.IX' MUST BE INCLUDED, AND THE VALUES OF '.TP' AND '.IN' MUST
  BE THE SAME. THE OUTPUT IS THE PAGE NUMBER AND TEXT, BUT NO
  INDEX. MESSAGES FROM THE PRINTER ARE 'ERROR: INVALIDFONT:
  OFFENDINGCOMMAND: WIDTHDRAW', AND 'FLUSHING: REST OF JOB (TO
