Error description

• WHEN UNSIGNED DECIMAL FIELDS AND PACKED DECIMAL FIELDS WITH
  SIGN=NO APPEAR ON A DISPLAY, THE DECIMAL SEPARATOR IS MISSING.
  THIRTY CENTS APPEARS AS BLANK THREE ZERO ( 30).  IF ANOTHER
  FIELD IS UPDATED ON THIS SCREEN AND THE ENTER KEY PRESSED THIS
  FIELD NOW APPEARS AS THREE ZERO BLANK ZERO ZERO (30 00).
