PK99650: Framework Manager changes existing Query Item Data Types from Int64 to Float64 when metadata is re-imported

Error description

• Framework Manager will change the data type of a Query Item that
  was previously imported into a Model, when that Metadata is
  re-imported at a later time.????? ???????? ???????? When an
  Oracle database column was originally imported it       created
  a Query Item with the Data Type Int64. When?        that Query
  Item is re-imported, that Query Item data Type is     changed to
  Float64.?????? ???????       This occurs with Oracle Columns
  that were created with the      ALTERTABLE SQL statement to add
  a column specifying default and not  null:??????? ????????
  Example:??????        ALTER TABLE <table_name>????? ADD
  (<column_name> number(10) default 0 not null);?? ???????    If
  these Query Items are imported into existing Query Subject,
  Framework manager assigns Float64 data type.??? ???????       If
  corresponding columns were created with CREATE TABLE
  statement, Framework manager assigns Int64 data type and do not
  change it anymore.
  

Local fix

• Alternative solution: use CAST function to change Float64 to
  Int64
