Error description

  • Requirements whose Text is rich text and includes:
    - URL links
       - MS Word's bulleted and numbered lists
       - MS Word's hyperlinks to other requirements within the docum
    ent
do not display properly, in the CSV file when a view containing
these requirements is exported to CSV via ReqWeb.

The issue is not seen in the ReqPro client.

The CSV file shows: a square for the first line of the Requireme
nt text for requirements who have URL links, bulleted/numbered l
ists, or hyperlinks within the requirement text.
Only when you expand the Requirement text cell do you see the ac
    tual requirement text.

This problem occurrs with all Rich-Text requirements. For examp
le, if you export a requirement to ReqPro from RRC, the exported
CSV shows the same behavior where the text is hidden until you
expand the column to show more text. The only difference is tha
t the square brackets are not present. This behavior appears on
ly with requirements that contain a URL, bullet, numbered list,
    etc.
