Error description

• For some parallel workloads the statement number may be
  incorrectly displayed as 'N/A' in DB2 Query Monitor Operational
  Summaries.
  
  The statement number and / or SQL text may still show a value of
  'N/A' in cases where the SQL originates from another DB2
  subsystem. In cases where the correct statement number / SQL
  text cannot be determined from the subsystem where the monitor
  is running the 'N/A' will continue to be displayed.
  
  Additional symptom includes possible 0C4 abend in
  CQMTTEX1+X'31A'.
  This abend is detected and processed by CQM.  No external dump
  is produced although it may be seen in CQM diagnostic output.
  
  The DB2 Query Monitor v2.3 Collector started task shares code
  with the DB2 Audit Management Expert v2.1 Collector started
  task. Customers running the collector with both DB2 Query
  Monitor and DB2 Audit Management Expert will see this problem in
  their DB2 Query Monitor results.
