Problem summary
In some instances, the workflow actions that are complete for a workflowed object can show up as blank. This can happen if the workflow action that was complete is no longer available. Can also happen if the workflow action was complete before PK67817
Problem conclusion
WCM changed to lookup the name of the action if its still available and "". If it is no longer available, will display "TASK_DELETED_OR_UNAVAILABLE"
