  Summary" report always shows 0 when RFSSCAN=(NO,NO) and
  REORGMSG=QUIET in the Online Expert Reorganization (OER) FPXIN
  DD are specified:
  - Number of UOWs successfully reorganized
  - Number of UOWs skipped

  *                         code 16 or 17.                       *
  *                      4. ODE detects an FPX0230E message in   *
  *                         OUTPUT SEG=(segname) parameter in    *
  *                         FPXIN DD statement.                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR addresses 5 problems with the Fast Path
  Online Tools.
  
  1. The following two fields in the "Reorganization Processing
     Summary" report always shows 0 when RFSSCAN=(NO,NO) and
     REORGMSG=QUIET  in the OER FPXIN DD are specified:
       - Number of UOWs successfully reorganized
       - Number of UOWs skipped
  
  2. OER detects FPX0228E, FPX0229E or FPX0230E messages when
     REPORT and REPORTDD are specified in the same line and
     FULLSTEP=YES is specified in global site default, area or
     DB site default or FPXIN DD statement.
  
  3. OER shows "UNDEFINED MESSAGE CODE" in FPX0317E message when
     IMS HSReorg fails the reorganization with reason code 16 or
     17.
  
  4. ODE detects FPX0230E message in OUTPUT SEG=(segname)
     parameter in FPXIN DD statement.
  5. OPC rarely abends 0C4 at FPXAVSM0 to point to the
     unaddressable buffer.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. OER has been modified that Result of Reorganization fields
     (Number of UOWs successfully reorganized and Number of UOWs
     skipped) have been updated when RFSSCAN=(NO,NO) and
     REORGMSG=QUIET are specified.
  
  2. Command syntax check has been modified to process that REPORT
     and REPORTDD are specified in the same line.
  
  3. OER has been modified to show new IMS reason codes returned
     from IMS HSReorg.
  
  4. Command syntax check has been modified to process OUTPUT
     SEG=(segname) statement.
  
  5. OPC has been modified to check the end of the getmained
     buffer.
