Error description

• ATF Support DSN MODE=REUSE or APPEND and SQL STORED PROCEDURE
  CALL display.
  Also corrected in this APAR:
  ABEND0C4-10 KO2OTHBB+E2 (at PK86828 level) from a branch from
  KO2ATRCB+114D4 (at PK95875 level).  KO2ATRCB called KO2OCMCB
  (PK87576) and one of the parameters was an exit to be driven
  if DB2 was not up or had terminated.  KO2OCMCB did check and
  found DB2 not executing and used the exit address pointing to
  a routine in KO2ATRCB.  However, upon receiving control from
  KO2OCMCB, KO2ATRCB failed to set up a new BASE REGISTER and
  instead used the old one resulting in a wild branch, in this
  case to KO2OTHBB where the ABEND0C4 occurs just a few
  instructions later.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  ATF datasets should be re-usable. ATSS ABEND0C4-10 KO2OTHBB+E2
  when no DB2 or DB2 is on remote system.  SQL stored procedure
  CALL may be executed stand-alone or not as part of a
  Unit-of-Work.  This CALL should be displayed unconditionally.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Add MODE=REUSE to the ATF trace selection screen. Correct base
  register setting to prevent abend in the ATSS routine. Add code
  to enhance the display of SQL Stored Procedure CALL.
