    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: SPMN gets ABEND0CB in FABKLIST at *
    *                      offset X'271E' after PK95690 is         *
    *                      applied.                                *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
    This error occurs under all of the following conditions:

    - PK95690 is applied
    - SPMN attempts to detect the threshold exception for CI splits
      or CA splits
    - The number of CI splits or CA splits is equal to or more than
      32K

    SPMN changed the calculational procedure for the percentage of
    CI splits and CA splits by PK95690. As the result, SPMN gets
    ABEND0CB.

    Additionally, until PK95690 is applied, there is the problem
    that the incorrect percentage of CI splits or CA splits is
    reported when the number of CI splits or CA splits is equal to
    or more than 32K.
    By this APAR, this problem is also fixed.
