Error description

• ABEND0C4 in CQM@ITXT due to an improperly formatted logically
  spanned record in the SQLCTEXT input file.  The SQLCTEXT file is
  created by the CQM@WDB2 program as part of the CQM offload
  process.
  
  The DB2 Query Monitor v2.3 Collector started task shares code
  with the DB2 Audit Management Expert V2.1 Collector started
  task. Customers running the collector with both DB2 Query
  Monitor and DB2 Audit Management Expert will see this problem in
  their DB2 Query Monitor V2.3 DB2 offload.
